I just received my Wii U system back from repair. During the set up process, Nintendo asked me to include the console's AC adaptor in the shipping, but they forgot to send it back. I called Nintendo up yesterday, and they confirmed my claim, however, the person I spoke to said it was "above their duty" to simply send me another adaptor. I was told I'd receive an email confirmation and a phone call from a higher-up. I did not receive either. I tried calling this morning, but apparantly no one is available.
I'm trying to be patient, but don't know what to do next.
