Hello,
Hopefully someone can help me out here. I tried Nintendo's tech support chat, got a number to call their customer service, can't get the customer service people on the phone after 20+ attempts.
Anyway, I've had the Wii U since launch. I've had this problem ever since first plugging in my Wii U. The GamePad would not work properly. It had to be held very still, or else it would lose connection to the console.
Strangely enough, it seemed to fix the problem when I plugged in my sensor bar all the way (it was not plugged in all the way).
Ever since then, whenever my Wii U loses power for whatever reason (if I unplug it and plug it back in or the power goes out), it will not work correctly for an arbitrary amount of time. Sometimes it is a few hours. Other times it is a few weeks. Obviously, this is very frustrating, but after a seemingly random amount of time, it fixes itself.
Is there anyway I can re-pair the GamePad to the Wii U? I feel like this might fix the problem. Whenever I attempt to sync it to the console though, it just says that the GamePad is already paired and doesn't fix the problem.
I think that since the problem fixes itself, there must be a way to manually get it working right again.
If anyone has any information about this strange issue I've had, please let me know.
Thanks in advance.
