I placed an order for a refurbished Wii U from the Nintendo Online Store on July 25th. Called once a week for three weeks to check on the status of my order because it was stuck at pending. On the third call, three weeks later, the rep told me that there was something wrong with the order and it had to be resubmitted. So I re-did the order over the phone with that rep (Aug. 16th) and I still haven't received any updates.
I check other forums daily (Neogaf, Reddit, etc.) to see if others have similar problems. Most people seem to have their order processed smoothly. In a few cases, people who placed their orders after me seem to have received it already. One person ordered a refurbished Wii U two weeks after I placed my order, and reported that they received it about a week later. Meanwhile, my order is stuck at the pending stage. It's been just over 30 days now. I'm really frustrated at the moment. Calling Nintendo support and trying to explain the situation has done nothing so far. Is there anything else I can do?
