Nintendo ID Problem

I bought the special edition of Nintendo Wii U Deluxe "The Legend Of Zelda - The Windwalker" and proceeded to create me one Nintendo ID "[personal information removed]" with the region of my country Costa Rica, I install the downloadable content that came with my console, the complete set of "The Legend of Zelda - The Windwalker HD" and the digital book "Hyrule Historia" until then everything was fine, then I decided to join to register my console in the Nintendo eShop, but when I enter I noticed that no had access to anything, couse made ​​that the region of my country (Costa Rica) invalidates the contents of Nintendo, then decided to go to the store where I bought my console for advice and they advised me to change the region by the United States, when I get home to make the switch from the region I didn't understand how to do that, so here's my problem, since I didn't know how to change the region I decided to create a new Nintendo ID "[personal information removed]" and delete my previous Nintendo ID was "[personal information removed]" apparently everything was fine but when I tried to access the game and the book the I had installed on my console, appeared a text box that says:

 

"You can not use this program. The Nintendo Network ID that was used to purchase has been deleted." "To re-use this program, you must purchase it again in Nintendo eShop." "Do you want to access Nintendo eShop now?"
When entering the Nintendo eShop a picture that says to me:

 

"No information available for this title."

 

And asked me to buy them again, which I had already paid for them when you buy the console and with great desire to play them and read the book, almost totally the reason why I decided to buy the console, and I couldn't even see them. Now I cannot re-download my codes redeem or recover my old account, and my account is linking with this programs. Can you help me recover my programs? Try to communicate with you by phone and I can't make the call couse my country don't have no access to their numbers, and I try to email Nintendo support and I have not received any response. Buen día, les escribo para ver si me pueden ayudar, el asunto es el siguiente:
Compre la edición especial de Nintendo Wii U Deluxe "The Legend Of Zelda - The WindWalker" y procedí a crearme un Nintendo ID "[personal information removed]" con la región de mi país Costa Rica, he instale el contenido descargable que venía con mi consola, el juego completo de "The Legend Of Zelda - The WindWalker HD" y el libro digital "Hyrule Historia" hasta ahí todo estaba bien, seguidamente decidí ingresar a registrar mi consola en el Nintendo eShop, pero cuando ingrese note que no tenía acceso a nada puesto a que la región de mi país invalida contenidos de Nintendo, entonces fui a la tienda donde compre la consola y me asesoraron cambiar la región por la de Estados Unidos, llegue a casa a hacer el cambio de región pero no supe cómo hacerlo, así que aquí va mi problema, puesto a que no supe cómo cambiar la región decidí crear un nuevo Nintendo ID "[personal information removed]" y borre mi Nintendo ID anterior que era "[personal information removed]" todo iba al parecer bien, pero cuando quise acceder al juego y al libro que había instalado me apareció un cuadro de texto que dice:

 

 

“No se puede usar este programa. El identificador de Nintendo Network que se usó para adquirirlo se ha borrado.” “Para volver a usar este programa, debes adquirirlo de nuevo en Nintendo eShop.” “¿Quieres acceder a Nintendo eShop ahora?”

Cuando ingreso al Nintendo eShop me aparece un cuadro que dice:

 

“No hay información disponible para este título.”

 

Y me pide comprarlos nuevamente, cosa que ya había pagado por ellos cuando compre la consola y con mucho deseo de jugarlos y leer el libro, razón casi total del porque compre la consola, y ni siquiera pude verlos. Ahora no puedo re-canjear mis códigos de descarga, ni recuperar mi cuenta anterior, ni enlazar mi cuenta con esta. ¿Pueden ayudarme a recuperar mis programas? Intente comunicarme con ustedes vía telefónica y desde mi país no tengo acceso a sus números, y por email no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Les dejo mi correo electrónico [personal information removed].
