I bought a brand new WiiU about a month ago, and everything was fine up until a week or so ago. Ever since then, I've been experiencing severe screen-tearing in my games (where the top and bottom halves of the screen won't be aligned, and the color is off a little bit), and every so often, my controllers will have horrible lag (to the point where the game is unplayable).
I'm guessing this is something that will require that my system be replaced? Does Nintendo do that? Every time I call up their customer support number, it says too many people are calling and that I can just go to the support forums for help. Any advice?
