I almost never see any actual "tech" people from Nintendo answer any of the threads. Actually I've browsed most of the front page, and very few threads have been resolved with useful answers that solved problems. I've posted the same problem in 3-4 threads now, and have not yet gotten a real answer.
Nintendo should stop advertising that you can get "24/7 Support Here", which is what the customer service person I talked to last told me. You can't, just like you can't get Nintendo Customer Service to response to emails within the promised 24 hour timeslot.
