From all the postes I am reading I am in the same boat as many others.
I am getting a few different errors.

103-2106
105-4400
I was on with tech support for about an hour. I was told that they are collecting all the error codes and are trying to work them out.
They aren't really sure what most of them are about. When I got the top error I had downloaded and it looked like the install had finished only to get that error with an 800 number to call for tech support. I was told that I shouldn't use a jetpack for the upgrade or a hot spot. I live in the country and all I have is satellite and it isn't always strong enough for this type of update.
It was suggested to me to go to a friend's house with my Wii U that isn't on satellite or a mobile hot spot to do the upgrade.
I live too far from my friends from work to even think about asking them for the help. They went to the update via the internet saying that it was more convient.
If we can't get it to work why can't they give us a link or something that we could get the update someplace. Say a USD drive then uppack it and instal it without having to be dirrectly linked to the internet. Meaning if it was a zip file then I could get the download that way. I was told sorry that this is the only way I can get this upgrade. I'm sorry for how much I paid for my Wii U Zelda pack I should be able to get this upgrade without being told to go to someone else's house to do the upgrade. Kind of funny that once I was able to talk to tech support they mentioned this forum and I told them that there were many other owners out there with issues with this upgrade as well that can't get the issu resolved.
I think that Nintendo should do something for those of us that can't get our units to other places for this upgrade. Right now we are kind of stuck since this download has been done is now making some of our games freeze up and is really frustrating. And no the games that freeze up aren't scratched or dirty.
