I am trying to purchase Lego City Undercover from the eShop - problem is after I clicked 'Purchase' and entered in all my payment information, it simply says "Processing... Please wait. The process may take some time. Please do not turn off the power." It has been on this screen for over 2 hours now. Shouldn't it go immediately to download mangement? I've downloaded some virtual console games in the past and never had a problem until now. Any ideas?
I just added an external storage device if that matters. A Seagate Expansion Desktop, model STBV1000100 - which is supposedly approved by Nintendo.
