I was trying to clear up some space on the Wii-u and I can get as far as settings > data management > copy/move/delete data > system memory and then it just gets stuck preparing. I've left it up for like 20 minutes with no luck. Any advice? I have no USBs plugged into it.
i've tried turning off quick start as that seems to be the only "solution" I can find, but it didn't help.
