Hello. I've been trying to contact Nintendo Support but my messages dont even get to them.
Anyway, i bought a Wii U 32gb. I purchased on the e shop mario kart and i have the Super Mario disc. Today i bought Smash Bros on e shop but my system only have 9 gb free on its memory and the game has like 12 gb. I doesnt have any games beside mario kart and super mario and i dont have more than one save. And i just have one account in my Wii U. Netflix and Amazon stuffs has been deleted too.
How come i bought a 32 gb console and i only have 13 gb free (not counting 4gb from mario kart) ? It's just ridiculous that i have to buy a 16 gb flash drive so i can play what i buy in e shop. If I knew it from the start i would buy a 8gb console plus 2 32gb flash drives. And I just can't accept that updates consumed like 17 gb from my console. If that's the answer, what's the point then? Would it be my Nintendo Account? Cause i have wii u games and 3ds games there. So, if that's the answer, what the point in doing this and eat all the console memory?
Nintendo Support isn't working, i'm begging for help.

I will insert an image of what i really have in my wii u. Hope somebody here figure it out. I'm really ******. And sorry for my english!
(in portuguese: Free Space = Espaço Livre / Console Memory = Memória do console - hahaha)
