Error code 105-3016 when downloading Smash Bros

I just downloaded the game after 3 tries before and it was installing and then it gave me the error code 105-3016 i either want a refund from the eshop or get this ******** fixed ps i am using an external harddrive before and the first time and second time i downloaded it it said my hard drive disconnected even though it didn't.
