Anyone have experiece eShop error code 107-3003 for wii u and 011-3003 for 3ds? As soon as I linked my Nintendo ID to my newly purchased refurbished Wii U, I've been unable to access the eShop on both consoles. Nintendo support wants me to send BOTH my consoles in even though this is obviously an error with the eShop and not the consoles themselves. I have access to all online functionality except for the eShop. It's not a network issue on my end as I have full access to online functionality besides the eShop (I also tried a different router, ISP, and network settings).
The only two topics I can find on it are not very helpful...
